The Shincha from Nuruki is incredibly sweet and smooth. The liquor is a beautiful jade green color and it is quite dense with a thick mouthfeel. This region greatly benefits from the mild subtropical climate and the volcanic activity, creating nutrient rich soils and mild winters. Because this area is so warm, it allows for the growth of more delicate tea plant varieties, producing lighter and sweeter green teas.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cb\u003eHow to Brew it\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eAdd 5 grams of leaves to the teapot or strainer and then pour in 150ml to 200ml of water (140 degrees Fahrenheit) and let the tea brew for 1 minute.
